A few weeks ago i woke up my throat was scratchy, i had a headache, i had no energy and the back of my neck/head hurt which always happens when I’m getting sick.
With 4 little ones to take care of and busy schedules there was no way I was going down without a fight.
I was intentional about everything I did in the couple days that I felt an illness coming on and it worked. I did not get sick
I’m going to share with you 6 things I did to avoid getting sick.
6 steps you can take to cleanse and detox your body to kick an illness before it even starts.
A detox bath draws out toxins and balances the body. It reduces inflammation and boosts the immune system.
How to take a detox bath
Run hot water. As hot as you can take it
Add 1 cup Epsom Salt
Add 10 drops of Eucalyptus or peppermint essential oil to the salts
Pour in bath and mix around bath water
Sit and soak for 30 minutes
People have been using enemas for centuries to treat constipation, bowel issues and to cleanse the colon. In addition to improving regularity and bowel cleaning, enama’s also help to eliminate toxins that are stored in the body.
A probiotic enema eliminates harmful bacteria in your system and increases the good bacteria.

Take a tablespoon of coconut oil ad swish it around your mouth and between your teeth for 5-10 minutes then spit it out into a garbage. It’s super easy to do and one of the best detox methods you can incorporate into your daily routine.
