Clean Eating

Food is fuel and and feeding our bodies the proper fuel helps us reach and maintain optimal health.  I started reading ingredient labels and and really paying attention to what is actually in the foods we are eating when my first baby began eating solid foods.

I was very naive in believing that all the ingredients in foods marketed for babies are made with pure, safe ingredients.  Why wouldn’t they be?

It was a big wake up call when I learned about all the chemicals and potential dangers in baby foods.  How can companies put toxic ingredients in food we are giving to our little babies?  I felt betrayed.

I knew at this point that I needed to make informed decisions on everything I was putting in my baby’s body.  It became my mission to learn everything I can about feeding my baby pure and safe food.

Ten years and four kids later I am passionate about feeding my family whole, nutritious, pure foods.

Knowing how to make the right food choices and understanding food labels is super tricky.  In this section, I break it down for you and simply the process so you can feed your family pure and healthy foods.
